If you or someone you know struggle with ongoing stress, relationship issues, depression, suicidal thoughts, or other mental health problems, seek support. Having someone to listen can make a big difference. Sharing your feelings can help you to understand that others are going through similar experiences. It can also help you understand that help is available. You don’t have to suffer alone.
