National Work-Life Week

7th – 11th October 2020

Many of us struggle to strike a balance between work and life, which often generates stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and other mental health issues. Adults spend one-third of their lives at work that involves different roles, responsibilities, and expectations than one’s personal life.

It is very difficult, if not impossible for those aspects to fit perfectly together without conflicts and frustrations that cause stress.

To achieve work-life balance, we need to learn stress management skills and master techniques for raising resilience and alleviating the burden of work-related stress on our lives.
